Cozy 2-bedroom apartment withsea views, located in a quiet area next to the Roses Lighthouse, just a few steps from the sea and the 'Camino de Ronda' . Ideal for 1 to 4 guests.

* Access to a communal swimming pool located right above the sea (June–October).



Located just steps from Platja dels Palangrers and less than 1 km from Canyelles Beach (a natural sandy beach with 3 beachfront restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery open seasonally).The center of Roses can be reached on foot in 30–35 minutes, where you will find a wide variety of shops, stores, and a large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city all year round. It offers varied and interesting activities and attractions for all types of travellers. Driving a Kart, enjoy a day at the Water Park, play minigolf, boat trips to Cabo de Creus or Cadaqués, the Tourist Train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
