The accommodation
A pleasant stay in a villa surrounded by trees, located in a quiet area of Benissa, close to the sea, 2.5 km from Calpe and 1,000 meters from La Fustera beach.
The house consists of two floors that have been converted into two independent apartments with separate entrances.
The apartment on the upper floor features 2 double bedrooms, both with double beds; one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower, plus an additional full independent bathroom with shower and bathtub. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, etc., and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, TV, and a large sofa. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with independent air conditioning.
The second apartment, located on the ground floor of the villa, consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a kitchen, and a living-dining room for exclusive use. The living room includes two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, TV, and satellite antenna with channels in several languages. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher.
Outside, guests can enjoy private areas for their exclusive use, such as the garden, barbecue area, outdoor swimming pool, and a spacious terrace.
The laundry room with washing machine is located outside the apartments and is accessible from the garden.
There is outdoor parking available on the property.

Office hours:
Summer: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00
Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer
Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.
To complete the check-in process, if it has not been completed online beforehand:
Provide identification documents for all guests
Pay a €300 security deposit and all additional services by credit card / debit card / bank transfer
Sign the rental contract
House rules:

• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and undamaged
• Pets: only with prior authorization

On the villa’s grounds, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, the terrace around the pool, the barbecue area, the garden, the laundry area, and parking.
The laundry area is located in a storage room, outside both accommodations, near the pool.
