The accommodation

Bungalow with 2 bedrooms on one floor.
Living-dining room with fireplace, exit to the terrace, seating area, TV, and air conditioning.
Open the kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge) and exit to the patio with a barbecue and 2 sun loungers.
Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and fan .
Separate bathroom with shower.
Front and back terrace with garden furniture.

Check-in and key collection must be done at the following address:
c.Jardín 3, Local INFTOUR, Calpe.

Office hours:
Summer: Monday–Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.
Check-in: 16:00-18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €200 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.

House rules:
• Smoking and parties are not allowed
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and undamaged
• Pets: only with prior authorization
