The accommodation

Pleasant holiday in a nice and very sunny apartment close to the sandy beach in Calpe. The house is located 300 metres from the sea.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. A great offer to relax on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with maximum comfort.

Interior: lounge, one of the two rooms has a balcony, TV, a sofa bed, a double bed, dining table and 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine .

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €100 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.
Guests will then go to their accommodation.
The following are forbidden in the accommodation: smoking, parties, no more people than those indicated in the booking are allowed in the accommodation.

A city with beautiful and picturesque white sand beaches, national reserves of Peñón de Ifach and Las Salinas. The fascinating and seductive old town with its unforgettable and colorful streets with many restaurants, bars, public gardens and fountains.

The apartments are at the complete disposal of guests, with the exception of a small closet where are the personal belongings of the owners.

Activities and attractions

The apartments are located in front of the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and 500 m away there is a children's fair with attractions. You can visit, at a distance of less than a kilometer: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, the urban sports complex.
