The accommodation

Welcome to our cozy apartments located in the heart of Calpe, in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. A city with beautiful and picturesque white sandy beaches, the natural reserves of Peñón de Ifach and Las Salinas, and a fascinating old town with unforgettable, colorful streets full of restaurants, bars, public gardens, and fountains.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a lovely and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, renovated in 2023. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. It is located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, just 150 meters from Arenal Beach and the seafront promenade. The apartment consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom.

An excellent opportunity to relax on the Mediterranean coast with your family.

Interior:
The living room has access to a balcony and is equipped with a TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine.

Office hours:
Summer: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Mon–Fri from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

• Office check-in from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer
• Check-out: until 11:00

For arrivals outside office hours, please request instructions for key collection.

To complete the check-in process, if it has not been done online in advance:

Provide identification documents for all guests

Pay the security deposit (€100) and any additional services

Sign the rental agreement

Collect the keys

House rules:
• Smoking and parties are not allowed
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and undamaged
• Pets: only with prior authorization

Setting

The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests.

Activities and attractions

The apartment is located directly in front of Arenal Beach and the seafront promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. A children’s amusement park with attractions is located 500 meters away.
Within less than one kilometer, you can visit the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, and the city sports complex.
