Located near restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, 30 meters from the Arenal beach and the promenade. The apartment consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Excellent opportunity to disconnect on the Mediterranean coast with your family.

Interior: the salon has a balcony with panoramic views of the sea, beach, TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table and 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine .

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €100 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.
Guests will then go to their accommodation.
The following are forbidden in the accommodation: smoking, parties, no more people than those indicated in the booking are allowed in the accommodation.
