The accommodation
Renovated 2-bedroom apartment with a glazed terrace overlooking green areas and the mountains of Calpe.
Located in the very center of Calpe, close to all services and in a very quiet area that allows you to walk everywhere while relaxing and enjoying the tranquility.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobes, and fans. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool, and the smaller bedroom has access to the large glazed terrace connected to the living room.
Separate kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the living room, equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, mini fridge, and a large refrigerator located on the apartment terrace, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and basic kitchen and dining utensils.
Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, terrace furniture, and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
