The accommodation

A pleasant stay in a beautiful and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a balcony offering views of the sea and the beach. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is located next to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, 250 meters from Arenal Beach and the seafront promenade. The apartment consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The living room has a balcony with a table and chairs and awnings that provide protection from the sun. The apartment offers free internet.

Interior: the living room has a balcony, TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, internet.

Check-in and key collection take place at the following address:

Office hours:
Summer Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter Mon–Fri from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

To complete the check-in process, if it has not been completed online previously:

Provide documentation for all guests.

Pay a €150 security deposit and pay for all additional services.

Sign the rental contract.

Collect the keys.

Accommodation rules:
• Smoking or parties are not allowed
• Maximum number of people: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization

The apartments are at the complete disposal of the guests.

The apartments are located 250 meters from the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, 800 meters there is a children's amusement park with various attractions. You can visit, less than 1 km: swimming pool, tennis courts, sports complex of the city.
