A pleasant stay in a nice and spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and the beach. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Located next to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, 250m from the Arenal beach and the promenade. The apartment consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The living room has a balcony where there is a table with chairs and awnings that protect from the sun. The apartment has free internet.

Interior: the living room has a balcony, TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table and 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, internet .

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
- Provide the documentation of all the guests.
- Deposit a fee of €100 and pay for all additional services.
- Sign the rental contract.
- Collect keys.
Guests will then go to their accommodation.
The following are forbidden in the accommodation: smoking, parties, no more people than those indicated in the booking are allowed in the accommodation.

The flats are at the complete disposal of the guests, with the exception of a small cupboard where the owners' personal belongings are kept.
