Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Well communicated with Denia, Javea, Benidorm, Alicante. you can walk to all services. next to the complex there is a beautiful area to walk and enjoy the scenery. In La Xara there is a large municipal swimming pool for a very affordable daily price.

From Laxara flat you can enjoy a route by train from the
from Plaça de la Palmera, Plaça del Garrofer and Passeig de Joan Baptista Basset. The Esglesia de sant Mateu and the reconstructed Llavador, there is also a stop for the Trenet de la Marina, the TRAM from where we can visit the bordering towns and even reach Alicante by the train route between the coastal towns.

Vanuit Laxara flat kunt u genieten van een route met de trein vanaf het
van Plaça de la Palmera, Plaça del Garrofer en Passeig de Joan Baptista Basset. De Esglesia de sant Mateu en de gereconstrueerde Llavador, er is ook een halte voor de Trenet de la Marina, de TRAM van waaruit we de aangrenzende steden kunnen bezoeken en zelfs Alicante kunnen bereiken via de treinroute tussen de kustplaatsen.
