Very new and comfortable apartment. All its window, including the bathroom, looks outside, creating a bright and fresh space. A large terrace (60 m2) surrounding the apartment. Mediterranean and mountain views.

It is a very new building with gardens. Adults and children swimming pool facing the sea. Outdoors garage and underground garage to choose.

Guests are received by us. At any time, for any need you may have, we are available 24/7. We will advise you about the nicest place on the surroundings (Natural Parks, best beaches, trekking, horses, restaurants, etc.).

Small library in several languages. Optical quality telescope for delighting ships, birds from the mountain, or the night sky.
In addition to the comfortable sofa and armchair in the terrace (and hammock), folding chairs can be transported (to be used at the pool).

No smoking (only allowed on terrace).
Educated pets are welcome.

Setting

Rincon de la Victoria is very well connected by intercity bus service to Malaga and the airport or the city railway station, a vehicle is needed, as there are 2 Km from Rincón de la Victoria to the apartment.
You can easily rent a car at Malaga airport, 20 minutes driving from the airport to the apartment. 5 minutes driving to reach beautiful beach.
