Located at 1.600m from the beach of Santa Margarita that joins with the center of Roses, natural beach of fine sand where you will find all kinds of shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops ...).
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Driving a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play minigolf, boat trips to Cape Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
The apartment is registered in the tourist apartments of Roses with the number HUTG-039195 (essential to rent the same).
Arrival and departure times can be adapted according to the season.
The price does not include sheets or towels. The service can be requested for a cost of 15€/ person.
The tourist tax of € 1 per person over 16 years old must be added to the prices indicated. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 7€ per stay).
