The accommodation
A stunning 3 bedroomed detached house in a quiet area of Mojacar, with private pool and shady terraces.
Set over two levels, the modern fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge, cloakroom and dining room are situated downstairs. There is also a downstairs bedroom (king size bed) with an en-suite bathroom which has views of the garden.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
The further two other bedrooms are located upstairs. The other king size bedroom has access to a private terrace which has pool and mountain views.
The second upstairs bedroom has a small double bed which can sleep 1 adult or 2 children and sea views.
There is a full family bathroom complete with walk in shower and vanity unit.
Heading outside there is an area to chill out that is shaded from the sun and also has a ceiling fan to keep cool in the summer months. Lets not forget the large private pool - perfect for cooling off.
The property has WIFI throughout.
