-At the arrival, the tourist tax of Balearic Islands must be paid, € 2'20 per person/day, children under 16 are exempt. We also need to collect the id or passport info from guests.
-Once every two or three days we come to check the pool, If one day you prefer that we do not go there is no problem, we can also agree on the time.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Only on the terraces.
-Deposit of €500 on the date of entry. It is a card block, not a charge, it is automatically released 5 days after check-out (if there are no damages). The moment in which it will be reflected depends on your bank.

Old Mallorcan house, my ancestors began their construction in the nineteenth century, has since been expanded and improved, now has its own bar (in the past we had there a business bar / cafeteria), a barbecue, pool , a spacious living room, a large kitchen, spacious double rooms as well as bathrooms, each area of the house has its own personality and together the house is unique.
The house (more than 400m2) has two privileged rooms, one in the attic with incredible views, and other in suite with its own bathroom and separate entrance/living room.

Setting

Travelers will have access to the entire house. No other activity is carried out on the farm other than vacation rental.

The house is located in the village of s'Horta, to 4-5km from the sea.
Near to Cala d'Or and Portocolom.
In the village they find 2 restaurants, several bars, a pharmacy and two supermarkets.
