The accommodation

It is a bright and quiet 7th floor as it overlooks an interior courtyard. It is fully furnished and ready to move into. It has bed and bath linen as well as a fully equipped kitchen for your use.

Setting

The flat is located less than 500 metres from staircase 10 of the beach and the promenade. Through the beach promenade and in less than 15 minutes you can walk to the commercial centre of Gijón, the marina or Cimadevilla, the fishermen's neighbourhood par excellence. In front of the portal there is a public car park and in the surroundings there are 3 car parks as well.

Activities and attractions

In front of the flat you have the beach of San Lorenzo, the Roman baths or the church of San Pedro less than 10 minutes walking. On the beach you can enjoy surfing lessons. You can also visit the aquarium or go for walks along the coast of Gijón, the botanical garden or the work of the famous sculptor Eduardo Chillida's Elogio del Horizonte.
During the month of August you can walk to the International Trade Fair of Gijón or enjoy our gastronomy in a traditional place such as the cider house and the cider bar.
