The accommodation

If you are looking for a comfortable and elegant apartment to enjoy a wonderful stay in the south of Gran Canarias, you have found the perfect place.

Our apartment has a large living room with a kitchenette and all the utensils you may need during your stay. It consists of a separate room with a double bed and two large closets, and a separate bathroom. The enclosure has two swimming pools.

We put at your disposal:

- Large window overlooking the pool and the sea.
- Large extendable dining table for between 4 and 8 people, where you can also work remotely.

- Drying rack and iron.

Bathroom:
- Towels.
- Large shower.
- Hand soap and bath gel.

Bedroom:
- Linens.
- Quilt and duvet.
- Bedside tables with drawers and night lamps.
- Ceiling fan.
- Wide window.

The resort has two entrances at both ends and 5 elevators. We have video surveillance cameras in the common areas and a night watchman at the entrance door.

We can assure you that we have the largest pool in all of Playa del Inglés and a second separate children's pool, for the safety of the little ones.
From the window you will have views of the garden, in a typical Canarian style, with a multitude of palm trees, cacti and aloes.

Setting

We are about a 15-minute walk from the famous Playa del Inglés and its Plaza leisure/restaurant center. Much closer, 5 minutes away, you will find the world-renowned Yumbo Center, the epicenter of Canarian nightlife and the gay scene.
Caravans pass through our street in Carnival and in summer and winter Prides.

We have restaurants in the surroundings, such as El Carretón (specialized in grilled meat), Insólito (signature Italian food) or even a Burger King. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy in front of the building. A little further, but within walking distance, you will find larger supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl. On the ground floor of our building there is a good pizzeria that does constant promotions.

We have bus stops at the door to get around the island, get to the airport or go to the Maspalomas Lighthouse to see the Meloneras area and the beaches of the dunes. You can walk along Tirajana avenue, which is the main street of Playa del Inglés, full of shops and restaurants.
