The apartment is located in a traditional "corrala" building. It has one bedroom (one double bed), with verything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid: brand new TV set, washing machine and refrigerator; furniture, towels, crockery, bedding, kitchenware, etc. High-speed Wi-Fi. Cooling and heating Air Conditioner.

Setting

Puente de Vallecas is a popular working-class section of Madrid, which is very close to the city center. Don't expect luxuries, but a bustling commercial atmosphere, affordable restaurants and shops, and neighbors from many different countries. One of its great advantages is that you can travel to the historic center of Madrid in just four Metro stops ("Nueva Numancia" station).

Activities and attractions

You can travel directly via Metro (line 1) to Museo Reina Sofia, parque de El Retiro, Museo del Prado and other historical landmarks in Madrid. You can also easly visit Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Puerta del Sol, etc.

PS: The "Puente de Vallecas" metro station and other stations in Line 1 are temporarily closed for renovation works. However, you can take a special bus which stops by the same metro station. You can identify the bus with a "SE" (Servicio Especial) sign. It is free!
