Welcome to this wonderful property in Denia, an ideal place for 8 people to find their second home.The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by plenty of fruit trees, the garden features a large private chlorine pool with dimensions of 19 x 12 m and a depth range between 0.5 and 2 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Around it, you will find a ping pong table, sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and two large furnished terraces that will be the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. If you wish, thanks to a private path, you can spend the day at Les Arenetes beach, which is just a short distance from the accommodation. Please note that, due to its location in an urbanization, the privacy of the house is partial.

The interior of the house, on one floor and with spacious rooms, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. As you enter, you are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room. Adjacent to this room you will find another spacious living room with workspace, fireplace and Smart TV. The kitchen is independent and has a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all of them with single beds and fan. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. Three more bathrooms with shower serve the villa, where there are also ten radiators at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

The property is located in the urbanization Les Rotes, where you can enjoy exclusive services such as gym, sauna or private access to the beach of Les Arenetes, which is located in a privileged natural environment due to its proximity to the Montgó reserve. This beach is also known for its golden sand, its crystal clear waters and its quiet atmosphere due to the fact that it is not very crowded, which makes it perfect for enjoying nature and the sea. In 10 minutes by car you will reach Denia, a coastal town known for its sandy beaches, its marina and its 11th century castle, located on a hill with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the town. There you will also find numerous restaurants and entertainment venues where you can enjoy the local gastronomy, specialising in rice dishes and rice "a banda".
