Welcome to this fantastic apartment located in Conil de la Frontera, where 4 people will find their second home.The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the well maintained communal gardens you will find a large shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 13 x 7 m and a depth range between 0.5 and 2 m. Once in the house, the terrace becomes the perfect place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. The upper floor terrace also offers unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Please note that, due to its location in an urbanization, the property has direct neighbors.

Distributed over four floors, the accommodation is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the first floor you will find a hall, from which you can access the first floor, where you will find a large living room with AC and TV, a separate kitchen with induction and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and, finally, a bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Through a staircase you can access the second floor, where you will find two bedrooms with AC. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has a single bed. On this floor you will find another independent bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is another bedroom with a single bed and the upper terrace. There is a fan at your disposal.
