The accommodation

In one of the most exclusive areas of the Mediterranean, we find this fabulous duplex for 4 people with views of the waters of the Sotogrande marina and only 280 meters from the beach.After a morning of boating, you can leave your boat moored on the private berth -which you can use for a supplement- and relax on the terrace with your loved ones over a drink. Next you have the glazed porch which allows you to continue to enjoy the views but in a more sheltered area.

The interior of the 2-storey house is an oasis of luxury, with modern furnishings and all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. The living/dining room has access to the porch and is equipped with Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. Also in the kitchen you will find the washing machine and there is an iron and ironing board in the house. On the upper level -which is actually the ground floor- you have the two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, but both with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation is equipped with central air conditioning and underfloor heating. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
