Welcome to this charming apartment very close to the sea in Estepona, where 4 people will find their second homeThe exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the common areas you will find a wonderful shared chlorine swimming pool, with a size of 50 x 30 m and a depth range of between 1.1 and 1.8 m. There are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and a beautiful garden area where you can stroll while feeling the sea breeze. In addition, the urbanization has direct access to the beach, so in a short time you can enjoy the sun and the sea. At the property, the private terrace will be the perfect place to start the day with a good breakfast, or to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note that, due to its location in a block of apartments, there are direct neighbors.

Located on the third floor of a building with elevator and tastefully decorated, the interior of the apartment is thought and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living room is equipped with AC and TV. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has two air-conditioned bedrooms. In the first one there is a large double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, while the second one has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower serves the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

This beautiful apartment is located in the area of Saladillo, a quiet residential area very close to the coast of Estepona. If you want to enjoy a day at the beach, you simply have to use the private access of the urbanization to reach the Saladillo beach, a wide strip of golden sand and crystal clear waters. If you feel like exploring the city, we encourage you to walk through the historic center of Estepona, narrow cobblestone streets full of charm, with white facades, flower pots and charming squares where you will find picturesque places such as the Botanical Orchid Garden or the castle of San Luis, from where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the city and the sea. In addition, both in the center and along the beautiful promenade you will find numerous bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

The swimming pool is open from June to September from 10:00 to 20:00.
