The accommodation

Cute, cozy and BRIGHT apartment with PARKING fully refurbished in front of the Air Force Headquarter previously known as the Ministerio del Aire (Air Ministry).
1 bedroom with queen size bed. Living room with sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Linens, towels, shampoo and gel are provided.
The apartment is really well connected with different parts of the city through Intercambiador de Moncloa
Parking is on demand

ENGLISH:
- No parties and gatherings of many people allowed in the apartment.
- No loud noise, especially from 23h.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Take out the trash when necessary. Please do not accumulate it in the apartment during the stay (deposit will be retained for this concept if trash are accumulated in the apartment).
- LATE CHECK-IN: Checking in /Arriving from 11pm-1am carries a surcharge of 15 € to be paid at arrival in cash. Arrival from 1am - 7am carries a surcharge of 30€ to be paid in cash at arrival.
- Under the current law, ID or Passport will be required while checking-in to every guest over 16 years.
- At the check-out, the sets of keys must be left in the indicated place. Leaving the apartment at check-out with keys or losing the keys has a penal

Check-in time is from 3pm, although in some cases guests may enter earlier.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE: In arrivals between 11pm and 1am there is a small night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of check-in in cash. For arrivals between 1am and 7am, the fee is € 30.

It is important not to forget the keys inside during the stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys in the inside lock, since then the door will be locked and no one will be able to access. In these cases, a locksmith will need to go to unlock the door and guests will assume the cost.

At the time of your check-out / departure, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door. The departure time limit is 11am if we have not previously agreed on another time.

You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it.

The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you.

Activities and attractions

Moncloa is a residential and quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by green areas and cultural attractions. This neighbourhood has in fact a wide offer: cheap bars for students, Kebab restaurants, cafés, Spanish bars…You better ask for a tortilla de patata (Spanish potato omelette) in Casa Paco, a well-known bar with delicious homemade food. You can walk to the shopping centre El Corte Inglés or to clothing stores such as Zara in Princesa Street. This area is the local shopping axis, and also includes other small shops for a shopaholic afternoon (or two…). The neighborhood is surrounded by vast green areas at a walk-distance. Parque del Oeste (West Park), Rosales Painter Promenade and Debod Temple are three remarkable sites in Madrid to go for a walk.
