Karma House is a lady. Fromthe far maintained from inside; kind from any point of view. We, hopefully, you’re a family since going to enjoy all … dads, kids, grandparents, nephews, cousins … Our beloved home lovingly adapts to the needs of a family, from the jealous intimacy to the largest of the luxuries of our environment: food, sun, culture, beaches… A magnificient house to have an unforgettable vacation.
Optional cot €25 per stay.
Tourist tax: € 1.00 person / night, p to a maximum of 7 days and only for people over 16 years old.

After a visual inspection and technical consultation, we recommend that you do not have the air conditioning connected at such a low temperature and for such a long time, since the installation may suffer from overvoltage, which could lead to technical collapse and end up being damaged.
The repair of an installation of this type can be between €1,000 and €3,500, depending on what is damaged; so we strongly recommend that you make good use of the devices.
The house can be perfectly cool and well ventilated at 26ºC. Whenever you are opening doors and windows, we recommend disconnecting the air and connecting it when necessary.
The deposit related to your stay in our accommodation includes possible damages that may occur in the property and in turn an excessive use of consumption, such as the following:
Leave the air conditioning or heating even if they are not in the accommodation.
Set the air conditioning to less than 22 degrees.
Put the heating above 21 degrees.
Use heating or air conditioning with windows and doors open.

We hope you respect your neighbors and act as if they were at home; not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest. Recycling waste and taking it to the container. Remember that it is not a hotel, that not all your neighbors are on vacation. We are members of the association of tourist apartments in Barcelona and therefore we comply with an ethical code that involves, among other things: taking care of the environment, not disturbing the neighbors, creating a good image and being happy during your stay!
Of course, it is understood that common sense in respect of schedules, volume of sounds, cleanliness and hygiene are assumed to the tenants. Before your arrival we will send you all the information you need for a wonderful stay.
If you believe that your arrival at the apartment could be outside the scheduled time, we ask them to tell us to organize everyone's agenda. also report that, in Catalonia, it is mandatory to pay a tourist tax ; which depends on the number of people, age, and number of nights .... This information also require to inform the authorities because we are required by law to do so.

We can not call public areas to anything having the house as it is a private property and everything that is described both in words and in pictures is to use your tenants. Services and common areas are the characteristics of a community: material container, vehicle traffic, street cleaning, etc.
Activities and attractions
Barrio is perhaps a word too "small" and would like more the word "residential". A urbanization category, upscale neighborhood and a high level of professionals. Distances is perfect for its location halfway appetizing outlets such as Barcelona, Vilanova, Sitges, Tarragona, Port Aventura...
