The accommodation

The accommodation is composed of four rooms, distributed in two double rooms and in two other rooms with two single beds. In addition, it has two bathrooms and kitchen, which lead to a really bright glazed living room overlooking the wonderful garden of the Villa.
The instructions for use of the different elements of this property will be explained in more detail by our team at check-in.
Guests will be attended with all kinds of details and informed of the operation of devices, schedules, places for shopping, accesses, restaurants ... Feeling like this, like home.
After a visual inspection and technical consultation we recommend that you do not have the air conditioning connected at such a low temperature and for so long since the installation can suffer from overvoltage, being able to reach the technical collapse to end up breaking down.
The repair of an installation of this type can be between € 1,000 and € 3,500, depending on what is damaged; so we strongly recommend that they make good use of the appliances.
The house can be perfectly cool and well ventilated at 26 ºC. Whenever they are opening doors and windows we recommend disconnecting the air and connecting it when necessary.
The deposit relating to your stay in our accommodation includes possible damage to the property and in turn excessive use of consumption, such as the following:
Leave the air conditioning or heating even if they are not in the accommodation.
Set the air conditioner to less than 22 degrees.
Set the heating to more than 21 degrees.
Use heating or air conditioning with windows and doors open.

We expect guests to respect nearby houses and act as if they were at home; not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest. And taking them to recycling waste container. Remember it is not a hotel, not all neighbors are on vacation.
