The accommodation

The smart layout welcomes you with an entrance hall leading to a spacious living-dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, television, and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances you need for your holiday, as well as a convenient laundry area.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom, perfect for children or friends, has two comfortable single beds and a refreshing ceiling fan. A main bathroom with a shower cabin completes the space.

With the iconic Arenal Beach and the lively promenade just 250 meters away, the location could not be more privileged. Excellent restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and recreational areas for children surround this urban oasis, ensuring a complete experience. And to stay connected, we offer free Wi-Fi. Terrace: outdoor furniture, awning, clothes drying rack.
Master bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning/heating, coat rack, private toilet (WC and washbasin).
2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, fan.
Bathroom: WC, washbasin, shower and bidet.
Bed linen, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided.

Summer (Mon–Fri): 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00
Winter (Mon–Fri): 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

Check-in procedure:

Presentation of identification documents for all guests is mandatory.

Pay a €150 security deposit and pay for any additional services requested.

Sign the rental contract.

House rules:
• Smoking and parties are prohibited
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization

Setting

The flat is at the full disposal of our guests.
As an additional service, we offer our guests the option of reserving a parking space in a 24-hour car park near the accommodation. Check availability and price. Advance booking is required.
