This charming apartment close to the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia and with direct views of the canal coming from the sea, welcomes 6 guests.The exteriors of this magnificent flat are amazing. On the terrace you will be able to enjoy a dining area that will be ideal to extend the evenings with your loved ones. Relax eating or having a drink contemplating the marvellous views of the canal that comes from the sea. You will feel like you have the beach at your feet - a real luxury! Please note that as this is a flat, you have direct neighbours, so there is only partial privacy.

Inside you will find a cosy living room open to the dining room, which has a TV and AC. The kitchen, totally independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, 3 bedrooms are ready to offer you the rest you deserve. The first has a double bed and AC, while the other two have two single beds each. Of these, one also has AC and the other is equipped with a ceiling fan. Two bathrooms with shower complete the stay. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

The house is located in Puerto de Alcúdia, one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Everything you may need is available just a few metres from the accommodation. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops? In addition, you will find an endless beach of fine sand, so that you can enjoy the sun while you relax and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. Don't hesitate to explore the surrounding villages, which offer leisure, entertainment and the best gastronomy.

The house has a garage where bicycles can be stored.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
