The accommodation

The apartment with independent entrance and small private courtyard is located in the Bolognina district of Bologna. Close to the new Tecnopolo Manifattura, the Exhibition Center and the Villa Erbosa nursing home. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen (pots, dishes, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher), dining table, sitting area with smart TV (the sofa can become the third bed) and the bathroom with comfortable shower and washing machine. Also at the entrance, a comfortable staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a double bed (divisible into two single beds) and an open wardrobe with drawers. The mezzanine is illuminated by a skylight with blackout curtain. For cooling/heating there are two air conditioners.

Setting

The area is quiet with a large park nearby. Nearby restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies. Large supermarket at 500m. Exhibition area and Tecnopolo Manifattura reachable in 20' on foot, 5' by car. The center of Bologna can be reached by public transport in 20' (3 km away).
