The accommodation

Villa is for exclusive use and welcome guests in a big garden that surrounded the whole property. A bright Patio introduce inside , where are set a big living area and an american fully furnished kitchen . A big sliding door bring to the garden : here are set a Relax Area , Dining Area, BBQ and an outside shower. From the kitchen is possible to get to the sleeping area: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Check-in will be available in site directly and our collaborators will meet you directly at home. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance ( 24.00 hourse before arrival ) to arrange your arrival. A valid credit card and a ID document will be required. At departure, further a check of appartment we will cash back your deposit. Pets are not allowed. Striclty rules are previews about waste collection. In violation of this rules , deposit gave at arrival will be hold . ( 150.00 € )

The property is set in a quiet area where the public transport is not really good . An auro is highly recommended. Villa Maestrale has big spaces and some time the air conditioning or heating could be not enough . Due that we povide also a big pellet stove and fans.

Villa Maestrale is set in a quiet area surrounded by countryside. is possible to get Murta Maria or Porto Istana Beach by feet. The position is a good point of start to visiting the sea Area of Poto San Paolo, Capo Ceraso and all the Gulf of Olbia. Olbia and his Airport and Port is just 15 minutes far .
