Great Aparment with swimming pool in Puerto

The accommodation

This cozy and wonderful 30m2 apartment is located in Puerto de la Cruz, 8 min by car from Loro Parque, 4 min by car from Playa de Martiánez, 6 min by car from Playa del Castillo and 7 min by car from the San Telmo beach.

With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. However, the apartment is small and has only one bathroom. We recommend that you go 2 people maximum.

In a building with an elevator, the apartment is located on the 5th floor.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
* A lounge area with sofa- bed and television
* The kitchen open to the living room and with a small dining table with capacity for 2 people
* The bedroom with a 135x190 double bed and a small window that overlooks the living room
* The full bathroom with shower with screen
* In addition, the apartment has access to the roof shared with the neighbors

The apartment is usually quiet, but on occasion you may hear the neighbor's dog barking.

It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

Guests have full access to the property.
Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided.
The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

The house has neither heating nor air conditioning. However, you will have at your disposal a tower-type fan in the closet.

Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 30 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again.

In addition, there is access to a COMMUNITY pool open all year with the following hours:
- Summer hours: 9:30-20:30
- Winter hours: 9:30-19:30
The pool does NOT have a lifeguard, so minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

You will also have access to the roof of the building, although it is not furnished, you can go up to enjoy the view. To enter you do not need a key, but to exit you will need the red key that you will find on your key rings.
It is recommended that minors be accompanied by an adult.

If you arrive by car, you can park on the street for free, but it can be difficult to find a spot.

If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :)

Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021.
For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info.
This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund.

Setting

Although Puerto de la Cruz (Canary Islands, Spain) is the smallest municipality in Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has several tourist attractions. For instance, its historic center, protected by a large seafront, which is perfect for long and peaceful walks. It occupies the coast of the Orotava Valley, with an impressive landscape.

Activities and attractions

In the municipality of Puerto de la Cruz you will find several supermarkets, especially local businesses.
It also has quite a few bars, restaurants and cafes.
We recommend you visit the beaches of Martiánez, San Telmo, del Castillo, Playa Chica and María Jiménez.
