The accommodation

The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization in Agaete. They are semi-detached houses with parking in the front area of each of them and a private entrance. The accommodation has two floors: On the ground floor there is the kitchen, with access to a small covered patio, the living-dining room, a toilet, the terrace and the parking lot; The upper floor has a small hall, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a 4-piece bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed, a crib, a dressing area and a four-piece en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to make your stay more comfortable: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc., as well as crockery, cutlery and cleaning products, all at your disposal. In the patio, there is the laundry area, with a washing machine and dryer.
To relax and enjoy, the living-dining room has a large sofa and a spacious dining table, and a small terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area.
All bedrooms are exterior and have a wardrobe, towels, spare bedding, bedside tables, blackout curtains or blinds and a mirror.
In the bathrooms you will find basic toiletries at your disposal (gel, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap).
