The accommodation

Villa Bea by Sunny Deluxe is the ideal choice for a family or friends holiday.

It is in the ideal location for those who like to park and enjoy getting to know Albufeira.

The garden is furnished with sun loungers so you can enjoy sunbathing after taking a dip in the wonderful, sunny pool.

There is also a barbecue and dining table to prepare and enjoy pleasant evenings.

You can count on a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with cable TV, free wifi and a double sofa bed, as well as hot and cold air conditioning units.

The first bedroom has a double bed and the second and third bedrooms have twin beds.

The two bathrooms have a shower cabin.

For your comfort, we provide sheets and towels for the number of people included in the reservation.

This accommodation is just 500m from Praia da Oura and 700m from Aveiros beach.

Accommodation rules:
A deposit of €400 is mandatory. It is returned after cleaning and checking the house.

According to the law, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Rest hours are from 11pm to 7am.

If the police are called to the premises due to guest misconduct and non-compliance with rules, we reserve the right to withhold the damage deposit.

It is strictly prohibited to take glass into the pool.

Pets can be admitted at an additional cost.

Check out instructions:
On the day of your check-out, empty the trash and leave the dishes clean, please.

- Be careful with excessive noise after 11p.m, unfortunately the neighbors are not on vacation and need to rest 😴.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation 🚭.

- On check-out day, leave your dishes washed and take out your trash 🍽️🗑️

- Check-out is until 10:00 am.
