Fully equipped separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all other kitchenware and utensils. Separate laundry room with washing machine, extra freezer and tumble drier.

Lounge with fireplace and dining area with patio doors leading out to pool and patio area.

Bedroom 1 ( downstairs) has a double bed ( 1.35m) built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 & 3 are upstairs.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.50m) built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit.

There is one full family bathroom upstairs and another fully bathroom and Cloakroom downstairs.

Approximately 300 metres to the front where you will find a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities.
