The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, a living room connected to the kitchen, and access to a stone table with a barbecue grill in the shade of orange trees. There is an outdoor bathroom in this same area. It is located in an area of ​​rural houses with 1,200 square meters of land spread over three levels. At the highest point, there is a gazebo with unbeatable views of the Pontevedra estuary, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
1,000 meters along the coast is the Sanxenxo marina and the town, offering great leisure options. A short distance inland are the typical places of rural Galicia, with family-friendly cuisine, hiking trails, popular festivals, and more.
15 kilometers away is Pontevedra, a city awarded for its high quality of life.
This refuge is located on the coast, but traveling inland, we reach Santiago de Compostela.

RIAS BAIXAS. In addition to the richness and variety of its natural environment, there is also a wide range of seafood and land products, fish, seafood, and wines that delight any gourmet. These can be sampled in the major cities, such as Vigo and Pontevedra, as well as in the numerous fishing villages.
