The Villa Eagles Nest is a private residence located in the prestigious Cerro de Águia, in the Algarve. This property features five bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a private pool (heatable as an optional extra).

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms serve this floor. The living room, with sofas, chairs, and TV, is ideal for socializing. The elegantly decorated dining room provides the perfect setting for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, coffee machine, and toaster, complemented by a pantry.

On the first floor, there is the fifth en-suite bedroom, with a double bed and closet. The games room with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs ensure entertainment. The exterior is spectacular, with gardens, pool (heatable), sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area.

The Villa Eagles Nest offers a tranquil environment, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and golf courses, it guarantees a comfortable stay.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, / It is recommended to rent a car, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.
From the 11th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
