Step into the ground floor, where the inviting common area seamlessly blends the living and dining spaces, equipped with air conditioning. Moving on to the living room, you have a large sofa set and a TV, the perfect stage for relaxed evenings.

The modern kitchen, equipped with everything you may need, is a haven for culinary enthusiasts.

You will also be able to find a guest bathroom along with a common bathroom featuring a shower, add to the practicality of this well-designed space.

The ground floor also houses two luxurious double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and ample wardrobe space as well as a charming twin bedroom, also with air conditioning, a wardrobe, and stylish bedside furnishings, provides versatility in accommodation options.

Ascending to the first floor, where two additional double bedrooms await, each adorned with air conditioning, spacious wardrobes, and elegant bedside fixtures as well as a common bathroom with shower.

The second floor unveils a delightful twin bedroom with two comfortable beds, a bedside table, and a cozy lamp. An en-suite bathroom offers privacy and convenience, equipped with a shower.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
