The flat features a spacious, well-lit bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed to ensure a good night's rest.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after the beach or after a day of golf. It features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and large windows that allow in natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding green environment.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
The bathroom has a modern and clean design, with a bathtub.
The flat has a large private balcony where you can enjoy your meals, your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The views of the sea and the green area surrounding the golf course are simply enchanting.
