The accommodation

Welcome to my large duplex who can accommodate 8 people! Ideally located a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia but also from Avenida Gaudi where you will find many restaurants. Enter directly into the living room with a fully equipped kitchen to make your meals.Meals that you can enjoy around a large glass table that can accommodate all your guests.The living room is also composed of a double sofa bed, an armchair and some seats. There is a big Smart TV (Netflix, Internet). The living room opens onto a small patio with an outdoor area. A first bedroom with a double bed , another TV and bathroom en suite (shower, toilet) is in the continuity of the living room. On the first floor in mezzanine a bed drawer will welcome two people.
Always upstairs a last bedroom with double bed and a second full bathroom with shower. We can use an extra bed in the main room for a child if necessary. The apartment is equipped with a Wifi connection and is totally air-conditioned.You will be able to move throughout Barcelona thanks to the Sagrada Familia and Monumental metro stations being less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.

Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.Barcelona city tax not included: 5,50€ per night per person.
