The accommodation

The flat can accommodate up to 4 adults.
Bedroom with 200x150 cm double bed and 190x140 cm double sofa bed in the living room.
Air-conditioning in the lounge.
Self-catering flat with kitchenette with mini fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen accessories.

This flat is located on the 3rd floor, without a lift.

Check-in:
- On the day of arrival, you can enter the flat from 15:00.
- Please let us know if you would like to enter the flat earlier and we will accommodate your needs if possible.
- Entrance to the accommodation is only permitted once all guests have sent in their ID details.

It is forbidden
- Making noise between 22h00 and 09h00.
- Holding parties or events.
- Smoking inside the building and flat.
- Bringing pets into the building and flat.
- Moving furniture from where it is.

An additional fee may be charged in the event of non-compliance with these rules, to cover possible costs and damages.

From 5 April 2023, Coimbra City Council began charging a tourist tax of €1 per person per night, up to a maximum of 3 nights, for guests aged 16 or over.
This tax can be charged directly in case it is not included in the price of the accommodation.

Activities and attractions

Rua da Louça in Coimbra, located in Coimbra's historic centre, is just a 5-minute walk from the famous Arco de Almedina, one of the city's ancient entrances.

Only 13 minutes away on foot is the University of Coimbra, one of the oldest in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Rua da Louça is also an excellent starting point for exploring Coimbra's culinary delights, with several options for traditional restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.

For history buffs, the street is within walking distance of the Sé Velha (8 minutes on foot), an imposing Romanesque landmark, and the Machado de Castro National Museum (11 minutes on foot), one of Portugal's most important Fine Arts museums.
