Capellania is a lovely townhouse set out over two floors and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

On entering the property into the hallway there is a family bathroom opposite which is the furnished living/dining area complete with WiFi and English & Spanish TV. Patio doors lead out to the tiled pool and garden area.
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and access to a enclosed glazed terrace, ideal for the winter sunshine.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with King size bed and ensuite.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms. There is a twin bedroom with glass enclosed balcony and a further double bedroom which has direct access out onto an open terrace. On this floor there is a family bathroom with bath and shower.
This property is located just behind the Parador Hotel within a five minute walk to the beach.
A private garage is available for off street parking.
