There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The main bedroom has double bed with the ensuite having a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and access to a second terrace.

The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the front entrance terrace

The second bathroom has a shower.

This apartment is fully airconditioned throughout with both cool and warm air conditioning.

There is one of the communal pool close to the apartment.

There are bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and large communal infinity pool, all in walking distance from the property. We will also find more bars restaurants & shops within a 5 minute drive to Mojacar. In summer there is a frequent bus service to Mojacar and surrounding areas. In the winter the bus service is less frequent.

This complex is surrounded on 3 sides by the Mountains of Cabo de Gata Natural Park with panoramic sea views and just 2 minutes walk down to the nearest quiet and unspoilt beach. There are plenty of walking routes in the nearby mountains, and the area is also favoured by keen cyclists.
