The accommodation

Charming Eco-friendly 2-bedroom apartment located in Birdie Club one of east Marbella's most highly sought-after and popular golf complexes and beaches. Has direct access to the saltwater pool with a lifeguard and a children's pool for the little ones. The complex is just five minutes outside the center of Marbella, within walking distance of the beach where the famous restaurant Trocadero Arena is located, with a maritime promenade connecting to the center of Marbella.

1. No parties are allowed.
2. All overnight guests must be registered on the reservation form.
Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
5. Guests are obliged to dispose of their waste at the end of their stay.
6. Countertops and cooking surfaces must be clean after use and also at check-out.
7. Ecoway Homes reserves the right to request a security deposit.
8. Check-in hours are from 16:00 to 22:00.


Upon arrival, you will have to pay a security deposit of 250 euros which will be returned within a maximum of one week after checkout.

Parties are not allowed and the property is a smoke-free area.
