The flats are located in the heart of the city just a few meters from the promenade that runs along the beautiful Bay of Santander.
With all the services at hand, next to Antonio López street. A stone's throw from the Botín Centre and the Pereda promenade, an area with a wide variety of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Activities and attractions

The city of Santander has excellent beaches very close to the centre such as "Los peligros" "La Magdalena" or the beach of "los bikinis", the latter is well known by the people of Santander as from the 1960s European and American students used to go down to the beach wearing their bikinis, something that caused a great stir in the Santander of the time and became the element with which this bathing area, located inside the Magdalena Peninsula, was identified.

Cabárceno Nature Park
Almost 120 species of animals inhabit this park. Which ones are they? Water buffaloes, bison, ostriches, Somali donkeys, camels, zebras, deer, elephants, gorillas, cheetahs, hyenas, lynxes, giraffes, lions, wolves, llamas, tigers, bears and rhinoceroses, among others.
