The space
[This comfortable, completely redesigned apartment is ideal for all types of travelers]

➜Located in an old villa with 3 apartments, all converted from an old World War II military barracks, it offers guests maximum privacy with independent access.

➜The strengths of this accommodation, apart from being well connected to the various points of interest on the island and being in a very quiet location, are that it is well lit by natural light thanks to a large glass door that overlooks a lovely private garden. There is also a pleasant outdoor area, ideal for breakfast and lunch al fresco or relaxing in the shade of a magnificent Ficus Benjamin tree located in front of the entrance.

➜Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by the well-lit living/dining area, thanks to the French doors at the entrance. It is spacious enough to allow guests to eat inside and enjoy the view from the comfortable sofa bed. The house is furnished in a minimalist style, a deliberate choice to ensure that all the space is optimized for guests' use.

➜The sleeping area, which sleeps four (one double bed + one double sofa bed), is complete with an open wardrobe and two wall-mounted chests of drawers with space underneath for luggage.

➜In addition to towels, sheets, and duvets, you will find everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, various drawers, and all the necessary crockery.

➜The colorful and unique bathroom is complete with sanitary fixtures (sink, toilet, bidet) with a shower area and wall mirror.

*The house offers guests various optional extras: a set of good quality towels, 1 Welcome Kit Hotel per guest (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner), hairdryer, and toilet paper. The property also offers a communal area in a large garden with an outdoor shower.

*Parking within the property (located on the driveway ramp) can be reserved (25 euros per week or fraction thereof) for the exclusive use of those who request it.
Alternatively, there is free public parking located 3 minutes from the accommodation (250 meters).

➤The house is accessible via a private entrance directly from the street and through a private garden path, which leads to a flight of stairs that takes you down to the front door.

Getting around the area
The residence is located just a 10-minute walk from the public transport terminus and all commercial activities such as supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and shops selling local products, as well as ATMs, a post office, gas stations, etc.

Furthermore, all the major tourist destinations on the island are equidistant from here, and you can choose the least exposed coves for your days at the beach on a day-to-day basis, depending on the wind direction and sea conditions.

Or, if you prefer to listen to your instincts and inspiration of the moment, you can reinvent your vacation by venturing along unknown roads, paths, and mule tracks to discover equally fascinating and unmissable places.

·From the house, you can see cargo ships from Sicily docking and departing. Sitting outside, you can enjoy a unique tranquility in the midst of nature, overlooking a private garden with fruit trees.

·It is very close to several points of interest (Lake Venere, Benikulà Cave/natural sauna, Cala 5 Denti, Scauri).

Activities and attractions

You can visit and go on excursions to the island's many unmissable tourist sites. From the Elephant Arch to the natural sauna, Lake Venere with its therapeutic and cosmetic mud, the hot water pools, the “Favare” at Montagna Grande, and the archaeological sites.
Not to mention the various local farms where you can taste the famous wines or passito, capers, desserts, and the many other delicacies that the island has to offer.

In the evening, the ritual of a stroll along the quay and an aperitif are guaranteed by the various bars and pastry shops where you can enjoy granita and typical desserts (cannoli, cassata, pasticciotti, and “mustazzola”) and sip the renowned Moscato Passito di Pantelleria.

Also moored at the quay are boats that can be hired to visit the island by sea or others that provide a service with a sailor for a tour of the island with barbecues on board and fishing from the boat.
