➜Located in an old villa with 3 apartments, all converted from an old World War II military barracks, it offers guests maximum privacy with independent access.
➜The strengths of this accommodation, apart from being well connected to the various points of interest on the island and being in a very quiet location, are that it is well lit by natural light thanks to its south-west exposure. There is also a pleasant outdoor area, ideal for breakfast and lunch al fresco or moments of relaxation in the shade of a magnificent climbing vine that covers the entire outdoor area.
➜Upon entering, you are immediately in the living/dining area, which is spacious enough to allow guests to comfortably leave their suitcases and luggage. The house is furnished in a minimalist style, a deliberate choice to ensure that all the space is optimized for guests' use.
➜The sleeping area consists of 3 beds (1 double bed + a single sofa bed) and is complete with an open wardrobe and two suspended chests of drawers with space underneath for luggage storage.
➜In addition to towels, sheets, and duvets, you will find everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, various drawers, and all the necessary kitchenware.
➜The colorful and unique bathroom is complete with fixtures (sink, toilet, bidet) with a shower area and wall mirror.
*The house offers guests various optional extras: a set of good quality towels, 1 Welcome Kit Hotel per guest (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner), hairdryer, and toilet paper. The property also offers a communal area in a large garden with an outdoor shower.

Getting around the area
The location of the residence allows you to reach the public transport terminus and all commercial activities such as supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies and shops selling typical products, as well as ATMs, post office, petrol stations, etc. in 10 minutes on foot.
Furthermore, all the major tourist destinations on the island are equidistant from here, so you can choose the least exposed coves for your days at the beach on a day-to-day basis, depending on the wind direction and sea conditions.
