The accommodation

With a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains, our carefully redecorated house is large and bright. With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living room and beautiful terrace, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Your holiday residence will be the ideal starting point for numerous walks or hikes, for swimming in the nearby swimming pool (50m), in the wild coves, or on the immense beaches of the historic and lively town of Peniscola. Visit Peniscola and the tourist riches of a beautiful hinterland.

Enjoy free Netflix or Amazon Prime on the large screen (1.40m) in the living room or the 80cm connected screens which equip each room and good WiFi in all rooms.

You will be welcomed personally by Maribel who will be able to answer all your questions throughout your stay. We will do everything we can to make your stay unforgettable.

You will have On the ground floor:
• A large 25m2 terrace with sea and mountain views, fully tiled, facing south-east. (Table, chairs, parasol)?
• A large living room with sea and mountain views of 25m2 (Air conditioning, sofa, armchairs, large screen TV, full dining room).
• A fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
• A 3rd independent WC.

Upstairs :
• The entrance to the house and the stairwell
• A first bedroom opening onto a terrace with sea and mountain views,
(A Queen Size bed, air conditioning, closet, television, etc.)
• An “En-suite” bathroom entirely in marble (sink, shower, WC).
• A second bedroom opening onto a terrace with sea and mountain views
(Two 90cm beds, air conditioning, cupboard, television, etc.)
• A second fully tiled bathroom (sink, bidet, bathtub with shower, WC).
To make you feel good, we have taken the greatest care in decorating and equipping with large mirrors, pretty objects and real paintings as well as quality tableware.

We do not provide an additional bed or baby bed, the sofa is not convertible and cannot be used as a bed. The accommodation is suitable for 4 people.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
To limit the negative effects on the environment, we ask you not to use the air conditioning and leave the bay windows open.
The municipality does not charge a tourist tax

Setting

Your holiday accommodation is located on the edge of the Sierra D’Irta Natural Park, 10 minutes from Peniscola. It is part of a terraced house residence. From the terrace, admire the boats returning from fishing, the liners passing offshore or, on a clear day, the Columbretes Islands

Activities and attractions

The natural park gives you access to numerous walking and hiking trails as well as mountain bike trails to enjoy nature and impressive landscapes.
For swimming, the shared swimming pool accessible by key (provided) is 50m away.
2km away you find very beautiful wild coves.
4km, 10 minutes from the first large supervised beach in the center of Peniscola (“Playa Sud)” close to car parks, restaurants, cafes and shops. On the other side of Peniscola the immense “Playa Norte” 8km long with parking, tarmac promenade, promenade on pontoons, shops etc.

Peniscola is the prettiest little town on the Costa del Azahar, classified among the most beautiful villages in Spain and boasts 2 stars in the Michelin Guide. Discover the old town on the peninsula dominated by a medieval fortress with narrow and lively streets, the filming location for the 6th season of Game of Throne. The modern seaside resort offers numerous shops and restaurants as well as a small fishing port which supplies the town's restaurants.

The Costa del Azahar allows you to visit very pretty towns, castles, monasteries, caves and tourist sites as well as a very beautiful hinterland.
The largest labyrinth in Europe is located just outside Peniscola.
Spain's largest amusement park PortAventura is 1 hour 15 minutes' drive away.
