Welcome to our cozy apartments located in the heart of Calpe, in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. A city with beautiful and picturesque white sandy beaches, the natural reserves of Peñón de Ifach and Las Salinas, and a fascinating old town with unforgettable colorful streets, numerous restaurants, bars, public gardens, and fountains.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a spacious and lovely one-bedroom apartment featuring a large glazed terrace with partial sea views, free parking, and a swimming pool. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is located next to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, right on the beachfront promenade of Arenal Bol Beach. An excellent opportunity to relax on the Mediterranean coast with your family.

Interior: The living room and bedroom both have access to a large glazed terrace with partial views of the sea and the beach. The apartment includes a TV, sofa bed, double bed, dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and oven.

Summer: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00
Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

Check-in procedure:

Presentation of identification documents for all guests is mandatory

Security deposit of €150 and payment for additional services if requested

Signing of the rental contract

House rules:
• Smoking and parties are not allowed
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization

The property is at the guests' complete disposal.

The apartments are located 10 meters from the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and 500 meters from a children's fair. You can visit, within one kilometer: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, sports complex of the city.
