The accommodation

A former farmhouse that boasts no less than 7 generations. The peculiarities of the place are many: tranquillity, privacy, relaxing areas where you can follow the rhythms of nature and listen to its melodies, such as those given to us by the beating of a bird's wings in flight and its song. Excellent natural exposure, both on the south-eastern slope with a wonderful view of the sea, and on the north-western slope where the horizons offer suggestive glimpses of the nearby mountain peaks: Majella, Gran Sasso.

Setting

Our very welcome guests can enjoy both the front part of the building, provided with a large yard where they can safely park their vehicles and head towards a promontory where they can admire a wonderful panoramic view, and the back part, an area immersed in the property's garden and olive grove.

Activities and attractions

The nearest beach is 900 meters away, otherwise you can choose one among the many coves on the Adriatic coast, called the Trabocchi Coast.
Nearby excursions such as: San Giovanni in Venere, Fossacesia, the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve in Vasto, Lake Bomba, Villa S. Maria (known as the country of cooks), and then on the northern side: Ortona, Francavilla al Mare, Pescara, Guardiagrele (the country where wrought iron is worked) and the wonderful mountain areas of the Maiella and Gran Sasso d'Italia.
