The accommodation
Me (Italian) and my husband (Norwegian) rent out our summer house in Italy when we are not using it ourselves. It is located between lovely San Felice and Terracina. Here you will find long beaches in an area where many Italians themselves vacation.
The house has a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy long summer days. The kitchen is newly renovated and the house has 2 bathrooms. For sleeping there are 2 rooms with a double bed, and one room with 4 beds for the children, which is suitable for children. Outside there is an extra shower and parking space with plenty of space for cars.
The summer house is located in a quiet street (residence), where only the house owners have access. Here you can walk straight down to the beach just a few hundred meters down.
