The accommodation

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Calpe from our apartment located in the vibrant city center, where the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains merge into a spectacular landscape. With capacity for up to 4 people, this apartment offers a spacious and modern living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a contemporary bathroom. In addition, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure your comfort at all times. Enjoy a large sunny communal swimming pool or play a match on the tennis courts within the building.

The location is unbeatable: just 300 meters from Arenal Beach and the lively promenade full of restaurants, bars, and shops. Children will enjoy the fairground located 1.5 km away, and for those seeking activity, multiple hiking routes, sports facilities, and the municipal swimming pool are within easy reach.

Getting around is easy thanks to a nearby bus stop and parking options close by. But beyond the comfort of the apartment, it is Calpe itself that will captivate you: fine sandy beaches, the iconic Peñón de Ifach, the Baños de la Reina, Las Salinas with their flamingos, and a vibrant old town. Bathroom: WC, washbasin, and shower.
Bed linen, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided.

Office hours:
Summer: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in at the office from 16:00 to 18:00 / 19:00 in summer

Check-out: until 11:00

Arrivals outside office hours: please request instructions for key collection.

Check-in procedure:

Presentation of identification documents for all guests is mandatory

Security deposit of €150 and payment for additional services if requested

Signing of the rental contract

House rules:
• Smoking and parties are not allowed
• Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation
• The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and without damage
• Pets: only with prior authorization
