The accommodation

Very comfortable, slightly retro flat in a building dating back to 1931, whose façade we have recently renovated. Located on the first floor (no lift), right in the centre, a short distance from Pescara's nightlife but far enough away to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Just a few metres from supermarkets, banks, post offices, services and all the best restaurants in town. The railway and bus stations are less than 500 metres away. The seafront with its beach resorts is very close, less than 300 metres away. Once you have parked your car, you will not need it for the entire stay. The flat is equipped with all comforts and a large bathtub that gives the bathroom a unique character. There is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The entrance hall and living room are open plan, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is in a convenient utility room. The two large balconies overlook Via Umbria and Via Genova.

Setting

The accommodation is very central, with everything that the centre of a medium-sized town like Pescara has to offer. It is easily accessible by car, but also by train. The adjacent car parks are metered, otherwise the central station has a large car park with a daily rate of €2.50.

Activities and attractions

Pescara is a seaside town, practically lapped by a long golden beach that caresses it along its entire length. The Adriatic Sea is perfect for families with children as it is shallow. But if you want to venture inland, there are fairy-tale places to discover about 30 km away, such as the Orfento Valley with its unique medieval cathedrals, the springs of Bussi sul Tirino, and the Majella Park with attractions such as the Vertical Park.
