The accommodation

On the ground floor of the private “Casas Verdes” Complex in the Playa Bastian area of Costa Teguise is Casita Bastian 19, a cosy 1-bedroom apartment.

It includes a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The large salon features dining space and a comfortable sofa seating arrangement and opens to a large wind-protected terrace ideal for al-fresco dining and with direct access to the community pool.

Wifi is included and satellite and large smart-tv keep you connected and provide multi-lingual entertainment.

The apartment can be reached from the parking area outside of the complex via a few small steps, but for guests with mobility assistance such as scooters or walkers the apartment is accessible from the gated pool area via the terrace.

The Casas Verdes complex forms part of the Playa Bastian zone of Costa Teguise, one of its most popular areas, and features a lovely large communal swimming pool.
It is centrally located with restaurants, shops and public transportation at its doorstep.
There is direct access to Playa Bastian beach and the Costa Teguise beach promenade wrapping itself around the coast.

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
